How Does Insurance Work?

If you have orthodontic benefits, we will verify your coverage before your initial exam. We accept direct payment from insurance carriers and can help coordinate any remaining balance with your payment plan. We ask that you assign your orthodontic benefit to us, which keeps you from paying the full fee up front and waiting for reimbursement.

We participate with:

  • Aetna PPO
  • MetLife PPO
  • Cigna PPO
  • DenteMax
  • Humana PPO
  • Guardian

We can also accept assignment of benefits from most major PPO and DPO networks. Call us with your plan details and we will tell you what it covers before you commit to anything.

Professional care is provided to you, our patient. Insurance companies reimburse based on policy terms, and any remaining balance becomes the patient’s responsibility. Our team will assist with claim filing and benefit coordination to make the process as smooth as possible.
